Pursuing my passion
Current Gallery Shows
Had a wonderful time at the Bosque Art Classic again this year! Such an amazing art community in Clifton, Texas. Met some wonderful artists and had the chance to visit with others I have known for a while. I was thrilled to sell both of my bison paintings and privileged to meet one of the couples that bought one...it's so nice when you know where one of your "babies" is going to live. It's also interesting to hear what drew them to the painting. "The Sentinel" and "Cut it out Boys"

I'm varnishing and framing five paintings for the Traveling the West show at Southwest Gallery in Dallas, Texas Oct. 23-24. It will be one of the largest western shows ever with the top western artists from around the U.S. Southwest Gallery is clearing their walls and installing this show which promises to be spectacular - I've seen some of the art being posted on Facebook for the show and I can't wait to see these masterpieces in person. I will have five paintings in the show - there will also be a small painting section of nothing but 9" x 12" paintings so lots to choose from. Please stop by if you are in the area. For more info go to http://travelingthewestshow.com . Thanks and hope to see you there! Below are my paintings that will be in the show. ("A Sense of Awe" 22 x 28, "Deserted" 18 x 24, "Abiquiu Shadows" 18 x 24, "Autumn River" 16 x 20, and "Taos Retiree" 9 x 12 (forgot to take a pic before framing)
