While in Tucson for the AWA (American Women Artists) show we had the opportunity to paint Windraven at Aqua Caliente park. Windraven is a Pasqua Yaqui Indian - a tribe from southern Arizona. Wonderful experience! Juried into the 2018 Oil Painters of American Salon Show at Crooked Tree Arts Center in Traverse City, Michigan opening June 22.
